"Had a great exeperience from the initial call to the return of the 22 foot RV we rented for a week. It was a brand new unit and had only barely been used. Great RV and everything worked as shown in the very thorough walk through. The list of FAQ's I was presented with answered just about any question you could have about the RV. Rental process was a breeze and handled it all over email. RV drove very nicely and we pulled a 14 foot trailer with it! RVs Northwest crewJeff Dana and Barbie and others were great! We will be looking for a toyhauler and RVs Northwest will be the first stop! (I already have checked out their online inventory!!)"

"I booked a weekend RV rental, and the process could not have been smoother. After booking, they emailed reminders for some of the more challenging parts (insurance and such). When I went to pick up the rental, they walked me through the whole process, financially as well as explained every feature I might need for the RV. I also knew if I needed help, they were just a text message away. The RV itself was a 2017, and practically brand new. It worked perfectly. Upon returning, they called to let me know I'd get my deposit back, and explained that whole process as well. I really appreciate the customer service that went along with the rental. I will certainly be back."

Your service guy...Jeff?... looked carefully at our car/trailer setup and made a call that the hitch would not be safe and made a very fast chang out so we would not have to worry about it. This was on a very hot Friday afternoon in late June, but everyone there was very professional in making sure that everything was well set up and explained to us. "My family's experience was outstanding. This was the first time we have rented an RV and talking with you and Dana made this adventure less intimidating. On our way to pick up the RV, we were re-routed due to a brush fire off of the highway and this made us at least 90 minutes late. My wife and I were starting to make alternate plans of when to pick up the RV and when we talked it over with Dana, she assured us that there was no hurry and she would be there when we arrived. I told at least 6 people during our trip how great my experience started and ended with your company. They commented that they were surprised that the RV had so many features and it wasn't bare bones like many other RV rentals."
