Just purchased a new 2024 Arctic Fox 1140. What a great experience we had working with all of them. Dan our salesman was very responsive, had great communication, answered all of our questions and no pressure. John in service did a great job walking us through the camper, helped us with the fast guns and getting the camper on our truck. Kurt who did all our paperwork was fast, efficient and friendly. Chris was awesome. We came from Montana to buy from them and are so happy that we did.

We started out across the street and after leaving there with a bitter taste of the typical car salesman run around we found RVs northwest and couldnt be happier! Jesse was so awesome! After a lengthy search for an Arctic Fox 25R travel trailer, we found one located more than 300 miles away at RVs Northwest. Our first call was promptly responded to by Kelly. We live in Renton and had put a down payment on an Arctic Fox 25W in the area. The one they had wasn't exactly what we wanted. As soon as I returned home I started looking on the internet for a 25W. RVs NW had a 2017 listed but when I called they had already sold it at the Spokane RV show. Our sales person told me that they had 3 more coming in and 2 where exactly what we were looking for. When we started talking price he made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Even though they are in Spokane they deal was $5,000.00 less than any deal we could find in our area. We did on line financing with them. When we took possession of our new trailer they had prepped it and then took as long as we needed explaining our the trailer worked, our first trailer. From there we went into financing and everything was ready and we just had to sign. They showed us a few accessories we might need, clear drain pipe elbow so that we could see when the tank was clean. We had decided to stop and spend a couple of days/nights at Mardon near Moses Lake. Once there we had a few questions and when ever we called them no matter who answered they had an answer for our questions, even if they had to research it and call us back. The trailer is great and we are enjoying it. The people at RVs NW are personable, knowledgeable and have great customer satisfaction skill sets. Our experience was great, thank you RVs NW.

My husband and I visited RVs Northwest this spring due to a posting of one of their used trailers. We ended up purchasing a different used travel trailer, a 2006 Keystone Cougar. We are not only very happy with our purchase, but had a very satisfying and pleasant buying experience with all of the staff from the sales people to the young man that gave us our walk through when we picked it up.

We also had the opportunity to take advantage of a new product: EcoRVPro that is applied to both the inside and outside of the RV. Inside it protects from molds (helps with my asthma), microbes and stains. On the outside it protects our finish from the elements. We are SO glad we had this done. The inside of our trailer has a good clean smell and doesnt smell like it has ever been used. This is a service we will continue to take advantage of.

Overall everything was great, we did find that we needed better written instruction using tanks. We had some difficulties with missing parts when we picked up our trailer, and staffing was low. The trailer itself was in great shape, and they were super helpful when we got a flat tire. Trailer drop off was easy too. I will definitely rent from them again if the need arises.

Great staff including Dana and Jason who were very helpful and supportive during my need to cancel my rv rental due to Hurricane Irma,even though it was not their policy they gave me a full refund.This is the kind of business who thinks of the customer first. On our first visit, Pat patiently showed us several trailers even though we weren't quite ready to buy. There was no pressure at all, just a polite "let me know when you are ready". On the second visit both Pat and Shawn were very professional and courteous and took the time to make our purchase a positive experience.

My husband and I had the pleasure of buying a Class A Motorhome about a month ago from RVs Northwest and had the absolutely best experience from start to finish. We had previously delt with RV Northwest in the Spokane Valley and had a good experience. We were looking for an Artic Fox bumper pull last fall, 2016, and visited their lot looking for a used Artic Fox trailer. With help from Quentin Eakins we picked a used 2012 Artic Fox that had a few minor fixes required.

The negotions regaring price and repairs was easy and almost pleasant. When we picked up the unit we were very supprised with the additional work and repairs that had been done at no charge. If we have trailer needs in the future we would definatly return to Rv Northwest and Quentin.

Third time I have brought my Creekside Rv in for minor warranty work and in this case the trailers first winterization. Each time Brian and his crew has stepped up kept their commitments and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Today Josh did our work and helped me (novice) to understand all of the workings of the trailer with many helpful hints to ensure our rv'ing experience!! No one else will touch our trailer even though their are many closer to home. Thank you so much everyone!

After searching for over a month, we ran across RV's Northwest website. We looked at the inventory and found one that interested my husband and I. A phone call to the dealership to inquirer connected us with Roger in Sales. Due to the information/pictures that was advertised we made our appointment to come in. Upon our arrival, seeing the Unit- we were SOLD, it was exactly as advertised. We made the appointment to return in a week with our trade-in, did the walk-through with Mike (found a little issue and he immediately took care of it) and drove away with our new/used 5th Wheel. We purchased a North Woods Arctic Fox 990 camper after trading in our 5th wheel of which we got a fair price. We had a few issues with the camper and both the manufacturer and RV's Northwest responded in making things right.

We have always dealt with Rv's NW for our RV needs. I lost my husband and wasn't ready to give up traveling but our 36' Class A was too big for me to handle. I contacted Stephanie and she helped me find a 28"class C that fit all my needs. Annie helped me with the trade in, the price, and getting the right warranty. At a very intimidating time and purchase, I didn't feel the least bit intimidated. Everyone was kind, helpful and extremely patient with this "little old lady on wheels". I will continue to use and recommend RV'S NW.

This is an unsolicited review from a first time customer. I just purchased a beautiful Northland camper from RV's Northwest. The salesman, manager, accountant, parts, service and receptionist all had a part in showing, selling, acquiring additional equipment, licensing and teaching me how everything operated. They were very polite, open minded and resourceful. Kudo's to a great (Professional) TEAM!

Our salesman Pat was very personable and wasn't a "High Pressure" salesman at all. He allowed us the time to think and talk through our decision on which RV was going to be the perfect one for us. We felt very comfortable with Pat throughout the entire purchasing process. We were extremely satisfied with RV's Northwest. They did EVERYTHING they said they would. They had the trailer cleaned and ready for the walk through on the exact day that it was scheduled for.(And this was only 2 days after Spokane experienced the most severe windstorm it has ever endured!!) They called when they said they were going to call and they even mailed our cell phone back to us that was lost during our time on the lot. :) As far as improvements for your service, we were at a loss for any comments for you. We had purchased a Salem Cruise Lite trailer from a competitor and had nothing but a nightmare during and after the purchase. A friend worked there and tried to help us out. Our friend, luckily, transferred to RVs Northwest and took our story to the people there. They took our travel trailer in on trade from their competitor and got us into a great Creek Side trailer. They were the best company to work with - from the sales gentleman listening to what we were looking for, to the finance gal taking extra time to make sure that the coverage that we were getting for the trailer would be what we needed, to the guys staying a few minutes behind on Christmas Eve so that we could bring home our Christmas Present of a new trailer!! The RVs Northwest Team is the best ever!! They really listen to what their customer needs and/or wants are and help accommodate those. You are greeted by every employee as you walk through their facility to make sure that you are being helped.

The staff was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing our very first trailer. Brian in the Service department went over and beyond when it came to servicing our trailer. Even the guys back in the Parts department stayed after hours to make sure we were good to go to enjoy our camping experience. I will definitely consider RV's Northwest when it comes time to upgrade into a new trailer!

Last year I purchased an Apex 215RBK travel trailer. Great experience! Dealt with sales and financing folks and they were truly helpful and knowledgeable which was appreciated by this first-time trailer buyer. Can't say that about other dealers I visited. We couldn't be happier with the treatment we received from RV's Northwest. There aren't many Arctic Fox dealers east of the Mississippi, so when we were visiting the Northwood factory in Oregon and our grandkids in Spokane, we decided to stop in and browse. Based on everything we saw and everyone we talked to, we decided to purchase our AF32A from RV's Northwest, and have it shipped back to Pennsylvania. Not entirely normal, we know, but we'd do it again in a heartbeat. There were a few problems between what we ordered and what was delivered, and it took just a phone call to sort everything out to our complete satisfaction. Amazing team, great people to work with. Oh yeah, quite an impressive trailer as well!

Wonderful experience ! At north Division ! I being handicapped and needing help out of a RV that did not work for me, getting frustrated trying to live out my desire to camp & fish. The sales dept. was very good. Candi was friendly and not pushy at all. Her boss was the same. Very good people to deal with. But we did not seem to get a lot information when asking about the 5th wheel. The communication was not good between shop and sales. They seemed to blame each other. I would highly recommend Candi and the sales staff.

We purchased a new to us motorhome at the Valley store. Candy was very personable, knowledgeable, and a no pressure salesperson. She was great to work with along with the sales manager, and their finance person was very knowledgeable and efficient too.
