    Exceptional experience,,,,, Even with having to do most of my communication via phone everything went very smoothly. When I arrived from Western WA to pickup my RV everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and offer amazing service from Sales, Parts & Service. I could not have asked for a better overall experience with this dealership!!!

    Arctic Fox 25R
    After a lengthy search for an Arctic Fox 25R travel trailer, we found one located more than 300 miles away at RVs Northwest. Our first call was promptly responded to by Kelly. Understanding our needs, Kelly quickly sent pictures of specific areas of the trailer in order for us to confirm this was indeed the trailer we wanted. Each step of the way and even after hours, Kelly was responsive and made certain any commitment made was satisfied. As a result of a significant snowstorm we were unable to pick up at our scheduled date. No problem-Kelly kept us abreast of travel conditions and greeted us warmly a week later. At the time of purchase, Kelly was able to quickly verify and clarify accurately the details of the sale. After we purchased the trailer, Kelly continues to respond, answering questions that come up.
